Login Support

What to do if you do not receive your login details:

  1. Make sure you are checking the correct email address. Your details are mailed to your PayPal email address.
  2. Refresh or run Send/Receive to make sure your latest emails have arrived.
  3. Check in the spam or junk folder. On Gmail you can also check in the social or promotions folders.​
  4. Run a search for the following email address: support@dawningtruth.co.za
  5. If all the above does not work, then something technical might have gone wrong. Please email support@dawningtruth.co.za and we will sort you out. (Please note we work office hours Mon-Fri (GMT+2), but we do check our emails occasionally on the weekends). When you email support, please include a copy of your PayPal receipt.
