So if I to say to you, “Don’t think of a big pink elephant right now.”

“Don’t sign the contract too quickly, read through the contract, and when you feel comfortable sign it.”

This statement implies that the customer will read the contract, and they will feel comfortable (even if they need to negotiate the contract), and they will sign the contract.
